Camera option is not showing in file input (Crosswalk webwiew)

@infil00p @rakuco using crosswalk webwiew lite in my project and Iam using a remote web page in the webwiew which has a input file button. when i click file input button a dialogue poup is showing to select options but camera option is missing in the popup dialogue. If we open the same url in native browser i can see camera option. Remote url that i am using in the app : http://rest.6te.net/indexcam.htm **Testing environment :**Samsung s6 (android 6) and genymotion android(6,5)
