can you provide more info? Do you use React or some other framework? What stack/framework do you use (NextJs/Create React app,...)? does it have preset-react babel plugins?

I use mithrilJS and have the same issue

Mithril is not currently supported, and I won't have time/priority to add it in the near time. But if anybody would like to create PR for this I am willing to check and merge it.
