Whips do not work when you have multiple in your inventory

Describe the Bug

This applies to both the Blindsight Tongue Whip and the Kinetic Tongue Whip. If you have more than 1 of the same whip in your inventory, their right click action will not function properly.

Reproduction Steps

1. Obtain 2 Blindsight Tongue Whips or 2 Kinetic Tongue Whips
2. Hold one of them, have the other be in your hotbar or inventory
3. Hold right click to charge the whip strike

Expected Result

I expected the whip's sprite to change while charging to show it being pulled back. Upon releasing, I expected it to hit a target in front of me. Neither one of those things happened. Instead, the default sprite got stretched while holding right click, and releasing did nothing.
