Describe the Bug

Not sure if it's intentional or not, but it is still a bit odd and makes building kinda difficult. Every decorative block of basalt can be placed sideways like logs and pillars. (99% sure the Basaltic Magma is intentional, figured I'd put it in there too just in case)

Reproduction Steps

Place the blocks down on the ground or a wall, and they will rotate like logs, pillars and vanilla basalt.

Expected Result

Blocks should remain vertical like most bricks and tiles.

I am actually running version 2.5.3 (which doesn't appear to be a selectable option) on minecraft version 1.19.2.
