Palique really was "Pallique" from the beginning...

I don't know if this was my fault, but at some point we "fixed" 3029 Spinward Marches to be "Palique".

That was ... misguided.

As we see from the original draft map for the Marches, it looks like Marc originally wrote "PALIQUE", then realized his error, turned the I into another L, and then squeezed another I on top of the Q.
