IEEE 802.11 dimensional radio doesn't deal with null subcarrier and guard subcarriers

The signal decoding also happens in the wrong bandwidth including the guard subcarriers which do not carry information at all. For example, a 20MHz signal only carries information in a 16.562MHz bandwidth the rest is the guard subcarriers.

I guess the same problem applies to the scalar variant.
