Hey @MickL, just on the final leg for #818 - figuring out invalidating `.nuxt/tailwind.config.cjs` when the template is regenerated.

Change has been matured and landed on [Nightly](https://tailwindcss.nuxtjs.org/getting-started/installation#nightly-releases)! Please test and share your feedback so we can target a stable release for this 😄 (reopening for now)
