Document Svelte adapter + Vite known issue

More than one person tried the Svelte adapter with Vite and ran into this issue: inertiajs/inertia#826

I found the fix and thought it would help to document it. I'm not sure if the client-side installation guide is the best place. An alternative would be adding a FAQ or troubleshooting page.
