Webpage not available: net::ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED

I've always gotten this error message. After installing a new ROM, I can no longer access FS at all because of this message.

The webpage at https://googleads.g.doubleclick.net/pagead/viewthroughconversion/1032622309/?value=1.00&currency_code=USD&label=N9R3CIOE6YsBEOWhsuwD&guid=ON&script=0 could not be loaded because:

net::ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED

I never see any traffic of doubleclick.net in my side, so I don't think Facebook site may depend to load DoubleClick ViewThroughConversion first before access Facebook.
