Please don't handle lm.facebook.com links

Hi, when I click an external link on the Facebook website it should go straight to the browser. Instead I get asked if I want to open the link with FaceSlim. But that doesn't make sense since all FS gets to do is resolve the Facebook tracking only to open it in the browser after.

@marcodeppe , FaceSlim is attempting to remove the tracking that Facebook uses. If these links aren't handled, when returning to FaceSlim you'd have a blank white page.
