The latest release was in November 2023. Since then support for 3.13 and no-GIL builds was introduced. Any timeline for a version bump?

There has been a new release (0.23.0), but while it's on pypi, it's not on github.

There appears to be a 0.23.0 tag. It is just not published as a release as well

I also found the release notes are updated on github https://github.com/indygreg/python-zstandard/blob/main/docs/news.rst but not on the documentation https://python-zstandard.readthedocs.io/en/latest/news.html, ping @indygreg

Any updates on this? For Blender builds, releases archives are downloaded and built locally, not having a release complicates this as there is no GITHUB download URL.
