Create release after recent setuptools upgrade

https://github.com/indygreg/python-build-standalone/commit/d02d6bdacb5cca5d0588649f3ce36f9ee2a65619 upgrades setuptools past CVE-2024-6345. Could a new release be cut after that commit?
