Add target armv7-unknown-linux-musleabihf

Firstly, thanks for this great project!

Would be great if armv7-unknown-linux-musleabihf target is made available. Ideally with a configurable or static musl version.

Use case: always have minimum required python version available on openwrt and keep my home assistant instance running :)
