Try to include the correct protobuf compiler generated cpp file

Thanks for the great library first!

I have recently used lua-protobuf in one of our projects, and lua-protobuf auto-generated source files fail to compile as it probably tries to include the wrong protobuf compiler generated cpp header file. And here is a try to fix it. Any comments?
