In 2.01 the Arduino Simple Switcher driver no longer connects serial.

After updating the driver to 2.01 and changing the OS to Ubuntu22.04 according to the forum's instructions, only the Arduino Simple Switcher driver no longer connects serial.

Arduino serial can be connected in other applications such as terminals.

Ubuntu 22.04 is an OS that has a lot of problems with serial connections, so I would like to see support for older OS versions as well.

I have a similar issue, but not only with ubuntu 22.04, also with a manjaro platform with earlier kernel. I had to recompile indi-3rd party AND indi to tag 1.9.8 in order to have a working connection with firmata-powered arduino. For me it is definitely an issue with indi
