Flats issue

Describe the bug I haven't imaged much this year due to appalling weather but with libtoupcam.so.55.25633.so I get a very similar bug to #857 with unusable flats with weird patterns. Note that the bug does not affect long duration flats (c. 30s seems fine). Reverting to libtoupcam.so.55.24239 fixes the issue.

To Reproduce Exact steps to reproduce the behavior.

  1. Run driver
  2. Take short duration flats
  3. See error

Expected behavior Flats should be correct

Actual Behaviour Flats are incorrect, with a weird checkerboard pattern of sort-of reasonable values and 1 ADU.
