Power Usage
Is the outlet or switch designed to display power usage/consumption? If it is, I am not getting anything on the Home or Eve app, unless there is some sort of setting that needs to be set. If not, could you consider it a request, if at all it is possible?
No, it's not. The outlet will display an extra bit of data of if it is in use or not but not the actual power consumption, and it will show in use based on if your device supports power reporting - if it does then in use will represent if there is any load on that device, otherwise in use will represent the same state as on/off.
As for adding that in the future, I have little to no control over that fact because it's all on Homebridge. That being said I'm trying to scheme ways to do power reporting in Home using other devices so put a pin in that for now until I figure out what I'm doing on that path.
