Secret Rotation When Interacting With a Client's Page

Hi Developers!

I would like to report a bug detected while managing IAM clients. The bug happens when pressing the "enter" key while interacting with a client's page on the IAM dashboard. For example, clicking anything on the scope section then pressing enter would rotate the client's secret automatically.
