PTP driver issues with Canon EOS1100D

User reported issues with canon eos1100d:

  1. streaming mode can not be stopped.
  2. if you request mirror up the camera starts beeping and flashing the LED as if it is in time delay mode
  3. exposure is not regarded for streaming mode.
