Idea: gap in metronome

During my drumming lessons I've watched a bunch of vids where guys says that it's kinda cool to have metronome with gaps while playing so musicians can train their internal feeling of time and tempo. So I thought to ask you if it's possible to add this feature to the metro? Of course when you'll have a time and IF you like the idea. As I understand this should be easy: first bar will go with sound second without. Probably there is should be some settings for this as well. Anyway... just wanted to share the idea. Thanks!
