FireFox Ubuntu asks for permission twice

Describe the bug When opening the Preview (and also in our own codebase) the prompt "Will you allow [...] to use your camera" is asked twice (in case the "Remeber my decision" is not checked.)

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to https://zxing-js.github.io/ngx-scanner/
  2. Click on Allow
  3. Wait for the reload
  4. See the prompt again

Expected behavior I would expect that showing the prompt and clicking "Allow" once would be sufficient, like for example in this demo.
