Open message links in desktop app instead of browser

Problem Description Links to zulip message shared via other IM platforms open in browser instead of the desktop app that is already open.

Proposed Solution Open the link in the desktop app.

Hey @devbharat , i think we can use either WebView or BrowserView for this but we should use BrowserView because the documentation itself recommends not to use the webview. Let me know what you think on this and i'll use that for working on this issue.

@shrinishant I am unfortunately not an expert on this, perhaps someone more seasoned here can give a more nuanced feedback. This link here describes the tradeoffs quite superficially, perhaps it is something to go by.

when I open a zulip link, I'd love to see that opened in the desktop app as opposed to the browser (where I am not logged in, etc. )
