The Presence feature on the app does not not function

Hi all

I am running Zulip in docker. running version 5.5. I have 3 instances of Zulip in docker,

On 2 of them the presence works as intended, Yello, Red, Green and Opaque

In this once instance it is just showing that they have been "last active 2 weeks ago" and does not update as it should.

I ran through the logs and found no errors. The app works as it should, can send, can receive but this does not update...

Any Ideas?
