Windows taskbar icon notification always flashing on start

Problem Description

When I start up windows, Zulip icon on taskbar always flashing even though there are no new messages.

Personally, this makes me a little nervous. Obviously, I was using my smartphone well until I turned on the computer, so if the icon suddenly flickers, it makes me worry that there are messages I haven't seen.

Proposed Solution

No flashing like other apps
