This is a list that combines only permissively licensed lists, has an extensive list of excluded domains to minimize breakage, and uses a wildcard optimization function to effectively compress it.

This list only targets:

• data collection (ads/tracking)
• malware
• spam/scam/phishing

and I have no intent to push any personal bias through it.

The biggest benefit of this list is the wildcard infomation that is derived from the lists and something no other list reliably performs.
