Offset on single thumb

Hi, thanks for this library, really came handy for the project i'm building.

Well I was wondering is there any way to have an offset value on slider? Like I've set the min=0 max=100 and i want the thumb to move only till 90 after that it should not slide, leaving 10 as the offset distance between the end and he thumb, this is possible when we have two thumbs(using minDistance) but not with one, is there any way to achieve ?
