I got it working but I had to disable AMD using [the Webpack import-loader](https://github.com/webpack-contrib/imports-loader): ```javascript environment.loaders.append('angular-highlightjs', { test: require.resolve('angular-highlightjs'), loader: 'imports-loader?define=>false' }) ```

Our big migration is done, I will have time now to work on this one.
