Steps to reproduce

$ cd vscode-as-git-mergetool

$ git log -n 1 --oneline --no-decorate
de60bc0 update dependencies

$ node --version
v16.13.0

$ yarn --version
1.22.17

$ yarn
# Nothing out of ordinary.

$ yarn build
...
warning [email protected]: The engine "vscode" appears to be invalid.
$ webpack --mode production
...
$ mkdir packages && vsce package --out=packages/${npm_package_name}-${npm_package_version}.vsix --githubBranch=master --yarn
 ERROR  @types/vscode ^1.56.0 greater than engines.vscode ^1.48.0. Consider upgrade engines.vscode or use an older @types/vscode version
