Feature request: Hide videos below minimum length for specific channels

There's already a feature to hide shorts, and #1130 to hide "Premiere" videos. However, not all channels list their "shorts" as "shorts".

Example: MythBusters just joined YouTube, and they have both full episodes and "shorts" (that are not categorized as shorts). Their shorts are not complete, so you only get a few parts of the "myth" in question (like either just the beginning or the end). So, I'd like to hide them all as I don't want to watch just a few select parts.

The solution would be to hide videos shorter than a minimum length, and this would be per channel (below 6 minutes for MythBusters).

E.g., I'd click options for the channel (gear icon when channel is open) and then be able to select a minimum length for videos to show.
