possibly it's something wrong with my pc ,but i can't solve this problem. this software and bluetooth audio receiver both work well,but neither of them can't have audio output

Something I noticed with iPadOS (which is likely similar to regular iOS) is that there's an option to select what type of Bluetooth device you're using. You may need to go into Bluetooth settings in iOS, tap the blue info icon to the right of your computer and then select "headphones."
