Feature Request: Castellated Holes option

Description

I want KiKit to NOT add mousebites to sides when I check the castellated holes to on. This will be convenient on not to add mouse bites on edges, as I must delete one by one.

Can you provide an example of a panel where you want to place a tab on an edge with castellated holes? What should the option for castellated holes do more precisely? Please, provide better description of the feature and rationale.

PS: If you just want tabs without cuts, simply specify cuts style to none.
