Run script earlier to mostly avoid flash of un-wide style

This could cause issues if not tested properly. Have you tested and documented the result somewhere?

I tested this, and while I still see a tiny flash when refreshing the page, it's a lot shorter than it used to be. This change only affects user scripts, as the other extensions have a different build.
