Client settings dialog opens partially outside screen

With current xPilot version on Windows 10, having the main client UI open and positioned on the top of the screen. Selecting "SETTINGS" button opens up the settings dialog, but using a common center with the main UI - which leads to much of the settings dialog being off-screen, and no way to drag it down as the window's top decoration and thus move bar is off-screen.

The dialog box positioning on open should be clipped to the screen to avoid any part of it being off-screen.
