Packages Not Showing after Add Path to "Additional package locations"

I cloned and install all the requirements in cluding PyFlow itself. And put ......\PyFlowOpenCv\PyFlow\Packages\ in Additional package locations, then SaveAndClose. The PyFlowOpenCV did not show in PyFlow at all. Please help.
