It looks like the unit converter is a bit too eager indeed. I guess the entire unit conversion should be disabled for non-base-10 numbers. That's going to take a bit...

Sorry for the slow response, it seems Github didn't mail me of this issue... Adding currency conversions is somewhere on the todo list but it's probably not going to happen...

If anyone has a suggestion for a stable source of a whole list of currencies, let me know :)

It seems the RatesAPI is the fastest freely available option. The ones that don't require an API key only update once a day, but I guess that should be enough...

@ke7ofi: you're obviously missing the point, both are plagiarism. It was already in pi somewhere.
