How to keep window from "sticking" across workspaces?

I'm back again :)

I am noticing Electron windows are sticking to the "top" of my macOS workspaces. Whenever I change the workspace, the window just pops up on top of it. I have tried to tinker with it, with no luck, and am wondering if anyone knows the solution.
