So annoying. No text tone sounds. No notification of incoming calls

  • Wire version that exhibits the issue: 3.100 (4810) & 3.101
  • iOS version used to run Wire: 15.5
  • iOS device type: iOS8 & iOS 12
  • Mobile network type: WiFi & LTE

Details

When me and my colleagues receive a message or ping, no notification sound is played.

The notification itself is shown on lock screen. Other apps can play notification sounds, so I suppose it's only the Wire's notifications not working. Updated to the latest version 3.101 today. Notification sound still not working

We've also set custom sounds, and still no change.

Can we download a previous version of the app somewhere? Thank you.
