The problem

We have a group that has some ground rules, but there's no way to pin messages or set "info" for the group, so that new members can see the rules or so that existing members can reference them.

Proposal:

We already let users edit the title of the group. Can we add a description? Text only is fine, but it would need to support lots of characters.

If nothing else, groups can post links there to full web pages. (So, url enabled would also be a good idea)
