Wire not sending on iOS for specific contact

The problem

On iOS (15.3.1) I cannot send messenges to one specific user. I can receive messages, also from this user. Other devices work without problems.

Environment

  • Wire version that exhibits the issue: 3.96 (4772)
  • Last Wire version that did not exhibit the issue (if applicable):
  • iOS version used to run Wire: 15.3.1
  • iOS device type: iPhone 7
  • Mobile network type (EDGE/LTE/Wi-Fi/Offline): LTE and Wi-Fi (no difference)
  • Exact date, time and timezone (only for the crash issues):

Calling Debug logs (only for calling issues)

  1. You have to have the iOS email client set up.
  2. Reproduce the issue.
  3. Go to Settings -> Advanced -> Calling Debug Report.
  4. Send the report. Sent.
