Add test case for ** support in app.trustProxies

Need to add a test case for https://github.com/wintercms/storm/commit/411695b3e7c7c3b32f702a625d6612319cc4052d to https://github.com/wintercms/storm/blob/develop/tests/Foundation/Http/Middleware/CheckForTrustedProxiesTest.php; don't have the time at the moment. @bennothommo could you take care of this for me when you get a moment?
