Suggestion: Add Forum Channels

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. The new Discord forum channels aren't showing up in WidgeBot.

Describe the solution you'd like WidgetBot should have an implementation similar to how it's done in the official Discord client.

We plan to add support for forum channels. Unfortunately since Discord isn't giving bots full access to the feature (https://github.com/discord/discord-api-docs/discussions/5466) we will probably not be able to fully implement the post list view, but we'll do what we can.
