Windows installer does allow to select install location and copy files silently

Hi ! I was unpleasantly surprised to see that the Windows installer don't ask any question or provide any configuration an just install the software at a hard coded location. That is very bad practice (and pollute my C: disk).

Can you provide a way to select the installation location ?

Bonus point to sign your binary so Windows defender does not see it as a threat ;)
