`description` and `default` are unlikely to change as they are part of JSON Schema and that's just how it works. `readOnly` is different as it's our addition.
Can't put my finger on it, but something here seems tricky when it comes to the resolution of the 'effective' spec. Multiple levels of being able to define both headers...
