docs(all): Remove insensitive wordings from the docs
This PR is the result of an initiative done by @carolstran and @rickhanlonii
I'm using alexjs in the first place to scan and get rid of insensitive wordings inside our webpack.js.org documentation, words like simple / easy / just.
I have also tried to get rid of wordings like disabled or whitelisting not because in CS we are using them but I challenged the assumption that there are no other words out which can replace these, e.g. disabled can often be deactivated or turned off.
There are still some open parts from the docs content folder and I would also like to propose that some recommendations from alexjs / retext are added to the writer's guide. I will update this PR for these cases.

Thanks everyone for supporting the idea. Yet looks like david-dm.org is down and pr build is failing ^^.
@montogeek thanks for all the feedback, I will go through all of them as soon as I can. Yet, do you have an idea how to fix this failing CI issue?
@fokusferit It seems that website is completely down, we could remove the link, point it to wayback machine link or skip the check for that link in specific.
@montogeek so david-dm is back and I added your suggestions or changed the text to be clearer.
@EugeneHlushko I updated the PR and merged also the master branch.
Fyi for everyone, after long period of other stuff, I will work on this stuff this week and hopefully we can merge it.
This has been stale for long, closing in favor of https://github.com/webpack/webpack.js.org/pull/5016 & #7158
