local video doesnt get rotated when rotating device

When rotating the device on iOS using the webex sdk the local video automatically rotates with the device. On Android this does not work and there also is no method to manually rotate the local video.

Hello, does this issue occur with our kitchenSink demo as well? Can you test that https://github.com/webex/webex-android-sdk-example ? thanks

Yes, in the kitchenSink demo it also does not work
