Hello Team,

I have upgraded CISCO lib from 2.8.0.5-SNAPSHOT@aar to 3.7.0.

My application is crashing when i am trying to initialise webex: JWTAuthenticator authenticator = new JWTAuthenticator(); Webex webex = new Webex(currentApplication, authenticator); webex.initialize(new CompletionHandler<Void>() { @Override public void onComplete(Result<Void> result) { } });

Error getting:

Following is set up information:

1. distributionUrl=https://services.gradle.org/distributions/gradle-6.9-all.zip
2. buildToolsVersion = "31.0.0" minSdkVersion = 24 compileSdkVersion = 31 targetSdkVersion = 31

There are some changes in 3.x when it comes to the way you need to initialize the SDK. Have you reviewed the migration guide that's in the wiki, https://github.com/webex/webex-android-sdk/wiki?

Hi @PatelDhrupal , I am facing the same issue. Are you able to fix this ?

@jeffmars , I am initialising it as given in the wiki, but still facing the above issue.

@Stackflood please check the migration guide Jeff referenced https://github.com/webex/webex-android-sdk/wiki and try to upgrade to the newest release, which is 3.10 .

@jbenyovs , thanks for replying. I have followed all the steps given in the wiki multiple times now, but still getting the above error.

@Stackflood do you have some:

• screenshots with the error you received and
• a step by step guide how you are reproducing this error?
• also include your setup, just like Patel did above with buildToolsVersion, minSdkVersion, etc.
