"Show browser changelog" link in interop-2022 graph is not clickable

@argyleink this is one of the bits that we didn't touch, compared to the Compat 2021 graph. Do you have any ideas for how we could provide this info in a more accessible way? The typical use case here is to understand why the score has changed a lot, by picking a point in the graph right after a big change.

maybe offering a way to filter the browsers in the chart, so folks could isolate 1 line/browser they're interested in and not have to deal with cross over points? more of a patch then a great fix tho.

maybe if a line is clicked, it gets focus and brought to the front. do you have a link to the chart lib we're using? i could scour it's docs and see if there's an option somewhere that will remedy this issue.
