Add @lolaodelola to WPT and this project.

I have sent invites to the main WPT reviewers team which gives write access to WPT, and also for this repo specifically. @lolaodelola can you confirm if it worked?

@cookiecrook @foolip Apologies for the late response here, I'm just getting back on top of my GH inbox. I left Bocoup at the end of May and have started my own standards consultancy, which means I won't be participating in WPT or interop for now. If there's anything you need from me that may be outstanding please let me know but Boaz would be best to talk to about specific Bocoup related contributions/dependencies.
