It behaves abnormally when using go mod

This is because Go Modules uses the latest release tag. Try to specify the commit when you use go get, such as:

go get github.com/wcharczuk/go-chart@3a7bc55431138d52d74bf4a1388374c01e09445d

I was getting empty images (0 bytes) after running:

graph.Render(chart.PNG, f)

The solution provided by @humaidq was the fix.
