"Failed to create plan" error on every start

Describe the bug
When I start the application, I get an error notification "Failed to create plan". I can close it and it goes away, but nothing else. One of the Plans in the list has a red triangle. It says "Failed to save". I click retry, but it comes back with the red triangle. There's nothing I can do to fix it. When I re-open the app, the same plan is there, but it says "Failed to save" and I get the "Failed to create plan" notification. Nothing I do can make them go away.

I open the application.
Expected behavior
I expect not to see the error notification, nor to see a failure triangle by my plan.

Additional context
It start after this particular plan was created. "Server Migration Plan - Fresh Install". That's the one with the error.
